2023 - FanFindr is a startup and locator app for sports bars and restaurants that have a specific sport or team following. This niche business is a much needed service for sports lovers and the businesses for which they are searching. Tools: Figma, Miro

Problem

Fanfindr is a startup based out of Atlanta, Georgia. Juliet Sonnenburg the founder, expressed that she needed the dashboard for her app reworked because it was not intuitive enough for her users. Juliet expressed she was needing the restaurant portal to be designed in detail for functionality and easy-of-use. also The Dashboard and Login screens should make sense and easy to navigate.

My role as designer / Approach

Rework interfaces to be intuitive and easy to navigate
Conduct Research to gain insight on what users find to be intuitive and easy to navigate
Conduct User interviews alongside Usability Testing

Screener Survey

We started by having several sports bar and restaurant owners complete a screener survey to gage if FanFindr was something they were interested in. Participants who fit our criteria were people who's insight we wanted most to optimize FanFindr's dashboard and interfaces.
